To Whom It May Concern:
Following a recent job transfer from Indiana to Houston, I had to immediately plunge into a house-hunting search.
Because I was totally unfamiliar with Houston, it was imperative that I find a Realtor who could lead me to areas that were appropriate for us regarding commuting distance, quality of housing, quality of neighborhood, and, of course, market price. In addition, because of considerable differences between Indiana and Texas in areas such as, property taxation, construction techniques, climate, and utility services, to name a few, my Realtor would have to be able to bring me up to speed on all of these considerations. Add to these items the fact that our Indiana home sold very quickly, and we were placed in a high intensity selection process that wouldn’t allow much time for wheel spinning.
Fortunately for me, my steadfast guide through this process was Cynthia Hill of Cynthia Hill Properties. Beyond her obvious expertise regarding properties inside the 610 Loop, Cynthia was also very knowledgeable of the north and northwest areas of Harris County, where we quickly focused our search. Each of the homes she selected for me to tour met my general criteria, and each had solid potential. The sheer physical size of the metropolitan Houston real estate market, and the number of properties available, had the potential to undermine the search process. Cynthia understood the time limitations of my search made it a key priority that each series of visits was efficiently planned to maximize the number of houses available each time.
I have been thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of my recent Houston-area real estate experience, and in particular with Cynthia's professionalism and dedication. I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking the services of a Realtor—either as a buyer, or as a seller—contact Cynthia Hill.
Sincerely,
